The Attention Advantage.
You can hold about four things in mind at once, and rather fewer while anything else is happening. Every meeting you sit in, every paper you send and every day you plan is built on a guess about that number — and the guess is usually seven. Six modules to replace the guess with your own measurement, and then to do something about it.
Where this sits
Three courses, three different sizes of commitment. This is the middle one: heavier than an assessment, lighter than a programme, and it ends with something you can pin above your desk.
Digital Skills
Six domains, 26 skills, one honest self-assessment. Tells you where you stand. Does not ask you to change anything yet.
The Attention Advantage
One constraint, taken seriously. Measure your own capacity, price what you are spending it on, and build the operating guide that survives the return to work.
The Digital MBA
Seven domains, three passes, one real system you own — and artifacts a competent person tries to knock down. Nothing there is passed by reading.
How it runs
The same six modules in two shapes. Work them yourself for nothing, or have them run for your team over three days.
Every module ends in something you wrote
Not a quiz. A short piece of writing about your own week — which day was hard, what you are going to stop sending, who is going to ask you about it. Reading is preparation.
Your answers become one page
The six exercises assemble into a personal cognitive operating system you can print. It stays in this browser until you print it — nothing is uploaded.
The room version is the same course, slower
Three facilitated days with the exercises done together, a protected sprint under real conditions, and commitments made out loud. That is the part we sell.
Six modules, one constraint
Each module answers one question, points you at the interactive tools that make it concrete, and asks you to write three things down. Every factual claim carries a numbered footnote to the sources below, and every source is listed with the limit of what it actually shows — including the four claims we decided not to make.
Facilitators: the tools above are all in the Facilitator Hub, with timings, group setup and debrief questions, and this timetable is loadable as a blueprint into the session builder.
Your progress
Your personal cognitive operating system
Everything you wrote in the six exercises, on one page. Print it and put it somewhere you will see it on a bad Tuesday, which is the only day it matters.
Some things this course refuses to tell you
Every one of these is a better story than the truth, which is why you have probably heard them — possibly from us, in an earlier version of this material. They are here rather than quietly deleted, because the person most likely to contradict you in a meeting is someone who read the popular version and believed it.

Run it for your team
The course above is free and always will be. What we sell is the room: three facilitated days, the exercises done together where the spread across the table does the teaching, and commitments made in front of the people who will hold you to them.
